Oh, Pear!

1/4 fresh pear, seeded
60 ml citrus vodka (I use Nemiroff Lime)
30 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml gomme syrup.
Muddle pear. Shake with a lot of cracked ice. Strain in cocktail glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of pear.
